Selectorized Standing Bicep Curl | Legend Fitness (966) - The Legend Fitness 966 Selectorized Standing Bicep Curl Machine is a commercial selectorized strength training machine designed specifically for adding size and strength to the biceps and forearms. The Legend 966 offers the benefits of free weight training without the gravitational resistance curve common with the use of dumbbells or barbells. This greatly increases the time under tension by keeping the muscle under consistant load levels under which muscle growth and strength gains thrive. And unlike common strength training machines that can dictate the range and path of motion, the 966 promotes user defined range of motion for increased performance and better results.

Keeping with Legend Fitness tradition, the 966 Standing Bicep Curl could be considered over built and therefore excels in the harshest commercial gym environments. The 966 weighs in at a whopping 500 lbs., which includes a 150 lb. steel weight stack and a fully welded, heavy gauge steel frame. The fully welded steel frame not only provides a rock solid foundation for blasting the biceps, but it also means low to no maintenance and arrives fully assembled and ready to use. The included EZ-curl cable attachment with rotating non-slip grips rests within an elevated nest to help minimize back strain and sits securely in impact resistant rubber craddles. To keep the trainee and bystanders safe from the sliding weight stack, there is a custom steel shroud located in the front and back of the unit.
