Incline Oblique Flexor Bench | Legend Fitness (3160) - The 3160 Incline Oblique Flexor Bench by Legend Fitness isolates those hard to reach oblique muscles of the core and does so with unmatched comfort and stability. The overbuilt frame arrives fully welded with no assembly or maintenance ever required. Its fabricated frame consists of massive 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel tubing that not only looks good but makes for the most solid oblique training bench on the market. The unique hip pad cradles the user and is adjustable in height to meet the needs of different size users. Front mounted assist handles feature foam rubber grips and can be helpful to those that require more stability stepping in and out of the bench. A heavy-duty diamond plate platform allows plenty of room for the feet and includes a top lip to keep the feet from sliding upward. And protective ABS wearguards prevent scratches and scrapes from dumbbells and weight plates used by some for added resistance.
