The PowerBench is fabricated from 3" x 3" steel and boasts a weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. Its 5-way adjustable back pad provides the versatility needed to perform all the essential dumbbell exercises including presses, rows, curls and extensions. And the built-in transport system with wheels and handle makes relocating the bench to another location a cinch.

• Shipping Cost: Shopping cart will calculate shipping cost automatically at checkout. Shipping cost will appear for the lower 48 states only. This does not include AK or HI. If you are ordering from outside the lower 48 states, a separate shipping cost will be emailed for your approval after your order is placed. You will not be charged again until we have received your approval. 
• Parcel: Smaller orders will ship via UPS ground.
• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the driver’s discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
