Legend Fitness 3214 Pro Series Glute / Ham Developer - The 3214 Pro Series Glute / Hamstring Developer, or GHD, is perhaps the biggest, baddest GHD on the market. Coming in at over 400 lbs. of genuine Tennessee steel, the top of the line 3214 is fabricated from fully welded 3 x 3 x 11 gauge tubing which makes it rock solid and arrives fully assembled and ready to train. The large 30 wide thigh/knee pad includes an ergonomically shaped half moon with non-compressible rebond foam and a split thigh for maximum comfort. One handed foot roller platform operation is a breeze thanks to the integrated dual guide rods and linear bearing system which adjusts horizontally in 8 different lengths to accommodate all user sizes. Entering and exiting the GHD is made simple with combined step and foam rubber encased assist handles. And for adding variable resistance to your glute / ham training, trainees will enjoy the angled resistance band pegs in addition to free weights.
