PRO SERIES Olympic Shoulder Bench w/Band Pegs | Legend Fitness (3242) - The 3242 Olympic Shoulder Bench with Resistance Band Pegs by Legend Fitness leaves no stone unturned in the quest for building massive, powerful shoulders. Once youve entered the cockpit, youll quickly realize that the 3242 was built to be the most effective shoulder training tool for professional athletes, bodybuilders and powerlifters. Front and back uprights combine the ability to perform seated barbell military presses as well as behind the neck shoulder presses all from one single bench. And perhaps the most unique features included are the lower band pegs that are used to provide variable resistance training by looping a 40 rubber resistance band over the band pegs and then over the Olympic bar sleeve. Out of the hole youll be pressing just the weight of the bar but as you approach lockout the added resistance from the bands becomes increasingly more challenging adding a dynamic training element like youve never experienced.

The massive frame of the Legend PRO SERIES shoulder rack resembles that of a commercial power cage providing unmatched strength and stability with 3 x 3 x 11 gauge uprights and frame. The gun-rack style bar catches are an included upgrade that are made from 3/8 thick carbon steel plated with scratch resistant chrome. Three bar height options on the front and back uprights allow more lift-off options to accommodate different size users as well as provide additional safety in case of a missed rep. Adding to the safety of the lifter is the fully welded 3 x 3 crossbeams, or safety arms, that flank the built in seat. When training to failure or integrating forced reps into your shoulder presses, the built-in spotters platform will let you take it to the limits without the worry of re-racking the bar. And on either side of the spotters platforms sits the equivalent of two full-sized Olympic plate trees with enough room to hold a large quantity of weight.
