Proformance Plus PPD-804 Biceps/Triceps - The selectorized Proformance Plus Biceps/Triceps machine by TuffStuff allows you to do a complete arm workout on a single machine. Many trainees find that when it comes to arm training, the sum is often greater than the parts, meaning that combining triceps and biceps training often leads to better results than if the two muscle groups are trained separately. Not only is a combined biceps/triceps workout a more effective way to build muscle, supersetting the two muscle groups is a more efficient way to train. If youre planning to do 4 sets of curls and 4 sets of triceps pressdowns, theres no need to stand around between sets waiting to recover. Simply train back to back, hitting a set of curls and then a set of triceps presses. Paced correctly, one muscle group has just enough time to recover while the other is working.

The pivot arm on the Proformance Plus Biceps/Triceps is counterbalanced for true starting resistance and adjusts with a pop pin to allow a quick transition between biceps curl and triceps extension exercises. The arm pad is ergonomically designed to fit snugly under your armpits when the gas-assisted seat is adjusted to the proper height, ensuring proper support and comfort whether you are curling or doing triceps presses. As an added bonus, because the multi-grip handles are designed for overhand and underhand grip exercises, you can comfortably use this machine for reverse curls to target the forearms as well.
