Target Hip Muscles with Controlled Selectorized Resistance
The BodyKore GR635 Selectorized Rotary Hip Machine is designed to isolate the muscles surrounding the hip joint through controlled rotary movements. The selectorized resistance system allows users to perform multiple hip-training exercises using one dedicated machine while making quick weight adjustments with a selector pin.
The GR635 is well suited for commercial fitness centers, schools, universities, apartment fitness rooms, hotels, corporate wellness facilities, personal training studios, and home gyms looking to add dedicated lower-body isolation equipment.
Multiple Hip Movement Patterns
The rotary hip design allows users to perform a variety of lower-body exercises that emphasize hip flexion, extension, abduction, and adduction. Training these movement patterns can help develop balanced lower-body strength while complementing compound exercises such as squats, lunges, and leg presses.
The adjustable movement arm accommodates different exercise positions while maintaining smooth resistance throughout the range of motion.
Selectorized Weight Stack
The GR635 includes a standard 220 lb. selectorized weight stack that allows resistance adjustments using a selector pin rather than manually loading weight plates. This design helps simplify workouts while allowing multiple users to change resistance quickly.
Because selectorized equipment uses pulleys and leverage systems, the resistance experienced during exercise may differ from the labeled stack weight. Users should always select an appropriate resistance level based on their individual training experience.
Optional 340 lb. Weight Stack Upgrade
Facilities serving stronger or more experienced users can upgrade the GR635 with an optional 340 lb. selectorized weight stack. The upgrade is sold separately and increases available resistance without changing the machine's overall footprint.
Unless specifically selected during purchase, the optional weight-stack upgrade is not included with the standard machine.
Commercial Construction
The GR635 is built using heavy-duty steel construction with commercial-grade upholstery and precision selectorized components designed for repeated daily use. The machine is engineered to provide smooth movement while accommodating a wide range of user strength levels.
The selectorized design also minimizes setup time between users, making the GR635 well suited for shared commercial training environments.
Compact Footprint for Facility Planning
The assembled machine measures approximately 60 inches long, 33 inches wide and 65 inches high. Its compact footprint allows facilities to incorporate dedicated hip-training equipment without requiring the floor space of several separate lower-body machines.
Before ordering, verify ceiling height and measure all exterior doors, interior doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, and the final installation location.
Floor Planning
The GR635 weighs approximately 526 pounds. Install the machine on a stable indoor surface appropriate for commercial strength equipment.
Commercial rubber gym flooring can help protect finished floors and improve equipment placement, but flooring does not determine structural load capacity. Facilities with upper-level installations should verify structural suitability before delivery.
Assembly and Installation
Assembly is required. Install the frame, guide rods, weight stack, pulleys, cables, and adjustable movement components according to the current BodyKore instructions before placing the machine into service.
After assembly, verify that all hardware is secure, the selector pin engages correctly, and the weight stack moves smoothly through the complete exercise range.
Shipping and Receiving
The GR635 ships by commercial freight. Before shipment, verify unloading requirements, liftgate service, delivery access, and final equipment placement.
Standard freight service should not be assumed to include inside delivery, room placement, unpacking, debris removal, or assembly unless those services are specifically arranged.
Warranty Overview
The warranty includes lifetime coverage on the frame excluding coatings, ten years on weight stacks, pulleys and pivot bearings, three years on components not otherwise specified, one year on upholstery, cables, springs and grips, and six months on accessories.
