Optional Transition Strips:
When an inlaid turf installation is not possible, more than likely you will have an area of your facility that transitions down from turf to another surface such as rubber flooring, wood, etc.. Ecore transition strips provide a clean look for your facility and help eliminate tripping hazards. Choose from interlocking and straight transition strips.

- Straight Edge Turf Transition: Ecore's Straight Edge Transitions are made for use with RageTurf Rally and Performance Rally. For interlocking turf tiles, straight transitions are available for a more finished look after trimming tabs from tile edge. Available in one size: 48"L x 4" W x 3/4"H. Adhesive required. Pricing is per strip.

Installation:

Areas to receive flooring should be weather tight and maintained at a minimum uniform temperature of 65°F (18°C) for 48 hours before, during, and after the installation.

Install Interlocking Tiles over wood or concrete subfloors or firmly adhered resilient flooring, such as vinyl, linoleum, laminate, ceramic tile, and wood.

Surface should be smooth to prevent irregularities, roughness, or other defects from transferring through to the new flooring.

For a finished look, trim the interlocking tabs from the mat using a sharp utility knife and a metal straight edge.
Cleaning - Cleaners that can be used without special precautions:
- A warm, mild solution of granular household detergent or any low sudsing detergent for fine fabrics. Use approximately one teaspoon to one pint of water. This will handle most waterborne stains including: Coffee, ketchup, mustard, fruit juices, cola, milk, cocoa, vegetable juices, tea, ice cream, butter, glue, blood, urine, dye, latex paint.
- A three (3) percent solution of ammonia in water may be used in lieu of household detergent for more stubborn stains.
- Do not use cleaners that contain chlorine bleaches or caustic cleaners (pH above 9) or highly acidic cleanses (pH below 5). Use only neutral cleaners, such as Ecore E- Cleaner.
- Rinse area thoroughly with clean warm water to remove any traces of soap or ammonia.
- Blot up or wet vacuum excessive liquid.

RageTurf Rally Limited Warranty:
- 5-Years against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser.
All Ecore RageTurf Rally Interlocking Tiles are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects on both material and workmanship. If such a defect is discovered, the customer must notify Ecore either through the contracting installer, distributor, or directly. If found to be defective under normal non-abusive conditions, the sole remedy against the seller will be the replacement or repair of the defective goods, or credit may be issued not exceeding the selling price of the defective goods. These warranties only apply to the original purchaser.

Ecore RageTurf Rally Interlocking Tile warranty shall not cover dissatisfaction due to improper installation, normal wear, damage from improper maintenance or usage, or general misuse, including and without limitation: burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, damage from rolling loads, damage from cleaning products not recommended by Ecore, slight shade variations or shade variations due to exposure to direct sunlight, or differences in color between samples or photographs and actual flooring.

- Online Orders: Customers placing an online order will be contacted shortly after the order is received for approval of additional shipping costs to your area. Please note, we will not finalize and ship your product without prior approval of any additional shipping costs that were not included in your original order.
- UPS: Small quantities of tiles can be shipped to your doorstep via UPS Ground.
- Freight: Large quantities of tiles will ship strapped to a wooden pallet. Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
