Schiek Sports Elastic Weight Training Wrist Wraps - Elastic Wrist Wraps for Weight Training by Schiek Sports are constructed of a heavy-duty elastic cotton weave that offers the wrists and surrounding tendons support when training. Wraps are 3" wide with your choice of either 12" or 24" lengths both of which feature a thumb loop that holds the wrap in place as it is pulled firmly around the wrist. The large rectangular Velcro area is designed with room to accommodate all size users and hold fast as the wrist bends during exercise. Using wrist wraps during your weight training or bodyweight training regime will help support the wrists keeping the bones better aligned which can alleviate pain and prevent injury.
