Schiek Sports Padded Nylon Ankle Straps Model 1700 Ankle Straps from Schiek Sports are nylon straps lined with thick neoprene padding for comfort that loop through a heavy-duty steel D-ring and then fasten by hook and loop closure. The D-ring on the Schiek Ankle Straps will attach easily to any standard carabiner or similar fastening clip found on most lower pulley cables on cable crossover machines, functional trainers, home gyms, or other cable gym machines that use a weight stack or resistance cables. Once attached to the ankle, the exerciser can perform hip abductions, hip adductions, and cable leg curls to strengthen and develop muscles in the inner and outer thighs, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. The Schiek 1700 Ankle Cuffs come in pairs to allow quick transitioning during exercise by simply moving the clip attached to the end of the cable machine from the ankle strap on one leg to the ankle strap on the other leg. The hook and loop closure on each cuff allows for easy size adjustment, quick fastening and removal, and offers a strong and secure hold during use.
