SelectEDGE Dip / Chin Assist Combo | Legend Fitness (1122) - The SelectEDGE 1122 incorporates two of the most effective bodyweight exercises, the tricep dip and the pull-up. The tricep dip, also referred to as an upper body squat, is extremely effective in building upper body mass and strength particularly in the triceps, chest and front delts. Pull-ups thicken and widen the upper lats and are essential in building the sought after V taper. The 1122 tricep dip / chin-up assist is ideal for those not yet ready to pull or push with 100% of their bodyweight. With a simple pin adjustment, the user can reduce their bodyweight resistance by up to 200 lbs. in 10 lb. increments. The assisted dip / chin machine is also a great finisher exercise at the end of a tricep or lat workout thats guaranteed to push your pump to the limits. Trainees will enjoy the rock solid foundation of the 1122 that one would only expect from top of the line American Made strength equipment.

Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
