The docking station ensures that the weight bench is properly aligned within the power cage and remains secured in each set position throughout the entirety of the lift. No moving and no sliding across the weightlifting platform during incline presses! Want to use the 3222 outside of the power cage or power rack? No problem. The docking system rods are removeable and, thanks to the integrated transport system, wheeling your bench from cage to dumbbell rack and back again is easy to do with one hand even across rubber gym flooring.

The docking system is not the only feature that makes this weight bench so popular among college weight rooms, professional sports teams and commercial gyms. Since the 3222 is made to handle heavy poudages, an integrated diamond plate spotters platform increases safety through improved leverage by elevating the spotter during incline dumbbell and barbell training. Eight seat and backrest incline adjustments are reduced from two pop-pins down to just one for quicker and easier operation. Big 2 x 3 x 11 gauge steel tubing makes up the frame for maximum stability and unmatched structural integrity. And what good is any weight bench under extreme loads if the padding flattens like a pancake? Legend cuts no corners in the padding department using only 8 lb. per cubic foot rated rebond foam, which is a sugnificant upgrade compared to most other brands.
