Sit-Up Bench Ladder Station | Legend Fitness (3176) - The 3176 Sit-Up Bench with Ladder by Legend Fitness brings old school abdominal traininig to any facility. The 3176 includes a fully-welded sit-up board with a large sit-up pad, two angled leg pads and foot rollers that utilize 2 thick rebond foam with an 8 lb. per square foot density rating. This high quality padding wont bottom out during use and holds its shape year after year without deforming like cheaper padding. Two leg pads are angled to ensure proper form during each rep and the foot rollers keep users locked in so they dont slide. Transporting and adjusting the height of the sit-up bench is easy thanks to the attached roller wheels. And the sit-up ladder includes six height adjustment settings for varying degrees of difficulty. The 3176 sit-up station is nothing fancy but is extremely effective at working the anterior core for maximum six pack development.
