Stroops padded wrist straps with patent pending thumb straps fit comfortably over wraps and/or under gloves. The Custom loops make bare foot training for MMA fighters very comfortable as well. Last but not least, the belt of the Python Striker is fully padded with a Velcro attachment allowing a tight fit no matter your waist size. How It Works:
Before putting on the belt or cuffs, attach the two shorter arm Slastix through the top loops on the back of the waist belt. Next, attach the shorter Slastix to the D-rings of the left and right wrist cuffs. Next, attach the longer Slastix from the lower loops of the belt to the D-rings on the ankle straps. After all four Slastix bands are attached from the belt to the hand and foot cuffs, put the belt on so that it fits securely around your waist. Next, put on the foot cuffs by slipping the orange strap underneath the heel and fastening the black strap comfortably around the ankle. Last, put on the handcuffs. (Note: It is recommended to wear a shirt while training).
