It features an aluminum nonskid footplate that provides a full-range movement, a 300-lb. weight stack, a leveraged input lifting arm that delivers a 2:1 ratio to your calves, thick 2-inch padding, and grips that promote proper exercise alignment. The rest is up to you. Work hard and leave the machine to us.
