Three-Way Utility Bench with Spotter Platform | Legend Fitness (3216) - The 3216 Three-Way Utility Bench with Spotters Platform by Legend Fitness is a commercial adjustable weight bench made to handle the heaviest payloads in a power cage, Smith machine or in front of a rack of dumbbells. Its pop-pin adjustable back pad lays down flat for flat barbell or dumbbell presses and graduates to 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 85° for training the pecs and front delts from different angles for maximum strength and muscle gains. An adjustable seat pad ranges from 0° to 30° and when inclined keeps the lifter from sliding out of the bench when performing incline presses. Moving your portable weight bench from dumbbell rack to power cage is easy thanks to the front mounted handle and rear wheels. Roll it over concrete or rubber flooring with just one hand!
