Seated Preacher Curl Bench w/Plate Storage | Legend Fitness (3114-PS) - The 3114-PS Seated Preacher Curl Bench by Legend Fitness is an upgrade from the standard 3114 Arm Curl Bench. The PS stands for Plate Storage which consists of a front mounted dual Olympic plate holder with each side having three chromed plate storage pegs for storing all sizes of Olympic plates. The plate storage unit keeps plates at the ready for preacher curl drop sets and comes in handy when training with a partner. Thats not all! Each side of the plate storage unit also features three resistance band pegs for performing variabile resistance preacher curls. The Legend 3114-PS and its resistance band pegs are compatible with EZ-curl bars or Olympic shorty bars.

Aside from the upgraded Plate Storage unit, the 3114-PS includes the same heavy-duty preacher curl platform used on the 3114. Trainees will enjoy a rock solid workout with no wobble thanks to the fully welded frame built from massive 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel. The 25 wide arm curl pad is wide enough for larger users to flare the elbows for outer bicep isolation and adjusts to multiple heights via pop-pin to accommodate all size users. The padding in the seat and arm curl pad is made from only the best 2 thick rebond foam which carries an unmatched 8 lb. per cubic foot density rating. This thick padding is supportive and wont bottom out. It also holds its shape year after year without becoming deformed.
