Original Michael Yessis Glute / Ham / Low Back Bench | Legend Fitness (7006) - The 7006 Original Yessis Glute / Hamstring / Lower Back Machine was designed by the inventor of the GHD, Dr. Michael Yessis, a world-renowned biomechanist/kinesiologist and sport-specific training expert. To meet the expectations of Dr. Yessis, Legend Fitness had to construct this new bench to be of the highest quality, demonstrate unmatched functionality and effectiveness and would accommodate trainees of all sizes and conditioning levels. With that, Legend created the 7006.

The foundation of the 7006 is exceptional and is fabricated using 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel, the same structural steel power cages and squat racks are made from. Since the frame is fully welded, it arrives totally assembled and ready to use. A peaked" split-pad may look just a bit different than most GHD benches, but it is designed this way to allow user defined range of motion with optimal back and hamstring stretch. Further setting the 7006 apart from the pack is the footplate and foot roller platform that adjusts horizontally via linear bearings which are commonly used on commercial Smith machines and leg presses to offer the smoothest, most long lasting travel available. And for some, one of the most important features is the transport system, which sadly tends to be an after thought of most GHD customers.
