NOTE: The Anchor Gym is designed for use with rubber or latex resistance bands, and suspension and stretch straps made from cotton, nylon or polypropylene. Do not fasten resistance bands with metal clip hooks or other hooks made of hard materials (e.g. carabiners) onto the Hammer Head Safety Hooks. This has the potential to damage the powder coating on the hooks and cause premature wear.

Installation: Includes hardware for most standard installations. The Anchor Gym is mounted to load bearing wall-studs using wood lag screws (standard) or is mounted to concrete or block walls using anchor sleeve bolts (optional upgrade). For wood stud installation, to avoid over-torquing and breaking a screw, drill a 3/16" diameter pilot hole, 2.5" deep, for soft/medium wood, or a 13/64" hole for harder wood. It is recommended to hire a professional to ensure proper installation to wall.

• Parcel: Smaller orders will ship via UPS ground.
• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
