Body-Solid Tools BSTB Resistance Bands – BSTB Lifting Bands from Body-Solid are elastic loop bands available in varying resistance strengths from very light to very heavy utilized to add dynamic movement and variable resistance to strength and conditioning routines. At 41 inches in length, BSTB Resistance Bands are great for standing exercises as well as attachment or looping around strength equipment such as bench presses and squat racks. Each power band resistance level is suited towards a particular fitness routine or training discipline such as power lifting, weight lifting, plyometrics, speed and agility training, jumping, flexibility, stretching, and rehabilitation. Purchasing strength bands as a set is a cost effective and simple way to add intensity, variety, and progressive resistance options to any fitness training routine or sports performance regimen.

What are the training advantages of using lifting bands? Lifting bands offer a contrasting method in an exercise program where the weight resistance changes at different points in a lift. Think of each strength band as a giant rubber band that gets harder to pull the farther it is extended, and easier as it is relaxed. Using bands will make the weight increase through the concentric and eccentric portions of a lift that will result in greater power, speed, and acceleration.
