Body-Solid R300 Endurance Indoor Rower – The Endurance by Body-Solid R300 Indoor Rower is a low-impact cardio machine which delivers a total body workout to maximize calorie burning while working the quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominals, obliques, lats, biceps, triceps, hip flexors. The Endurance R300 Rower puts exercisers in full control of air resistance for a balanced and coordinated workout. The harder and faster the athlete rows, the more air is drawn through the fan wheel creating greater wind resistance. Manually adjust the air flow damper to one of nine settings with the easy to reach indicator lever on the side of the fan shroud to increase or decrease resistance during workouts. A precision-engineered flywheel design minimizes noise. The nickel-plated chain offers unmatched durability in even the most intense environments. A textured, ergonomic handle allows users to row with natural hand and arm positions while fully-adjustable footrests provide users a safe and comfortable workout. The interactive console reports on time, heart rate, calories, paddle width, stroke rate, distance cycle and watts and is Polar compatible. 8 different exercise programs – Quick Start, Distance, Time, Calories, Game, Intervals (20/10. 10/20. 10/10) – are also built into the console. Atop the performance monitor is a convenient cell phone holder which can be used for accessing third-party indoor rowing apps to connect to a community of rowers and compete in virtual races. The R300 is a self-generating machine eliminating external power requirements for peak energy efficiency in home, studio, or group workout settings. Transport wheels on the front base support allow the rower to be lifted from the rear and rolled in and out of training zones. And, for more compact storage when not in use, the rower easily separates at the middle into two pieces.
