Each set of stands features a 24 x 18 base that keeps them stable when re-racking the barbell. These heavy-duty squat stands require no assembly allowing the user to use them for heavy lifts weighing as much as 400 lbs. Whether youre short or tall, youll find the pop-pin height adjustments easy to use and able to increase from 40.25 to 67.25. Like to perform your squats and other cross-training exercises outside? No problem! These independent squat stands weigh in at a total of 73 lbs. and offer easy portability anywhere you want to use them.

Optional 7005C Connector - For more stability and consistent positioning for your 7005 Squat Stands, this closed steel bar rigidly links stands together by sliding inside the tubing of the rear feet. Secured with wingnuts. Provides a distance of 39 inches between the stand uprights. NOTE: Squat Stands need to have been pre-drilled to accept the 7005-C.
