American Barbell Imported Revolving Solid Lat Pull Down Bar 48" - This hard chrome solid steel gym cable attachment series was originally designed and distributed by GP Industries, and continues to be produced today under the American Barbell brand name with the same industry-respected engineering and commercial quality. The American Barbell Lat Pull Down Bar allows the user to perform wide grip behind the neck pull-downs or wide grip front pull-downs for building a wide, tapered back. Perform each back exercise using a pronated grip (hands facing away) and squeeze the muscle at the bottom of the rep working slowly against the negative on the return. Allow the lat muscles to fully stretch at the top of the exercise before executing another rep.

American Barbell's import line of cable attachments are 25.4mm (1.00") diameter with a Hard Chrome finish. Precise knurling gives a sure comfortable grip. GP specially designed cable accessories feature a multi-axis rotating swivel for ease of attachment and full functional use.
