The IC-CRB Combat Ready Hex Bar is a Made-in-USA rackable trap bar weighing 60 lbs. unloaded. Its 88.75" overall length, opposing neutral grips and 17" loadable sleeves support deadlifts, carries, shrugs, rows and other strength-training movements.

Roepke Compression Collars Included

IRON COMPANY includes one pair of Roepke compression clamp collars with every IC-CRB Hex Bar. Choose Red or Black collars when ordering. The bar uses 1.90" sleeves, which are not compatible with all Olympic collars, so the included collar pair is part of the IRON COMPANY package rather than a separate purchase.

Bar Size, Sleeve Fit and Capacity

The bar is 88.75" long and 29" wide, with 1.90" diameter loadable sleeves and a 450 lb. weight capacity. The sleeve diameter is an important ordering detail because standard Olympic collars should not be assumed to fit. Army Fitness Test Equipment Requirements

The U.S. Army's current guidance for the three-repetition maximum deadlift lists a 60-pound hex bar and plates as the required equipment. Buyers purchasing equipment for official Army Fitness Test administration should verify current Army requirements before ordering.

The hex-bar format can be used for deadlifts, shoulder shrugs, overhead presses, farmers walks, lat rows, powerlifting, bodybuilding and general strength training. • Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects. Does not cover damage due to negligent or faulty use, handling, maintenance, alteration or storage by the user. Does not cover bar coatings. Bar damage and bending is usually always due to dropping on a rack or bench (the bar hits before the plates) and is not covered by this warranty. All warranty claims handled on a case by case basis.
• Olympic Bar Care: Store your new bar in a dry location out of the elements. Refrain from dropping your loaded bar directly on rack pins and benches. As with any bar coating, metal to metal contact can and will shorten its lifespan. We recommend using your new bar with racks lined with an ABS plastic, UHMW, rubber or similar to prevent accelerated wear.
