Life Fitness RS3 Upright Lifecycle® Exercise Bike with GO Console – The RS3 Lifecycle from Life Fitness is a self-powered recumbent exercise bike with step-through design which provides a relaxed body position and stability ideal for home exercisers of all fitness levels. The sleek bike frame is based upon the proven design of Lifecycle bikes in the best health clubs and gyms. The step-thru design with deluxe dual grip front handlebar allows for easy entry and exit. Ergonomic contoured seat adjusts fore and aft for the perfect fit, and the breathable mesh fabric seat back reclines with a 20-degree range of motion. Contact heart rate sensors and the included wireless telemetry chest strap enable convenient heart rate monitoring and engaged interaction with one of five HeartSync programs. The self-powered RS3 model doesn't require cords or outlets, so it's well suited for any location in any room in your home, and two front wheels make it easy to move.
