Grizzly Nylon Head Harness - Build a strong neck with a head harness. A head harness, or "neck harness", is a harness configured out of webbing that fits over the head. Each side of the head harness features a steel D-ring in which a chain and clasp is affixed. The chain can be fed through the center hole of weight plates to provide resistance to the user. Once the desired weight is attached the user can sit on a bench with their hands on their knees, head forward and face parallel with the floor. Execute the exercise by raising the head and finishing with the face pointed forward. This will work the muscles in the back of the neck causing the neck to get stronger and less prone to injury in everyday life or sport.
