2.5 lb. Donut Magnetic Add-On Weights (Pair) | PlateMate (PM25D-PAIR)

PlateMate 2.5 lb. Donut Magnetic Add-On Weights are sold as a pair, with each donut adding 2.5 lbs. for a 5 lb. total increase. The 2.25" center opening accommodates Olympic barbell sleeves, while the magnetic design can also be used with compatible Pro-style dumbbells and weight-stack plates. Dumbbells, barbells, and weight stacks are not included.

Check the Contact Surface

The magnets require direct contact with exposed iron or steel and will not attach properly over rubber, urethane, neoprene, or vinyl coatings. For dumbbell use, the 2.5 lb. Donut PlateMate is intended for dumbbells weighing 25 lbs. and up with 1" Pro-style handles. The donuts are not compatible with kettlebells.

Adding Smaller Weight Increments

Each donut adds 2.5 lbs., allowing a pair to increase the working weight by 5 lbs. For a smaller increment, the 1.25 lb. Donut PlateMate pair provides another magnetic add-on weight option.

Size and Equipment Protection

Each 2.5 lb. donut measures 4.5" in outer diameter and 1.125" thick. A protective exterior coating covers the magnetic steel core to help prevent scratches and damage where the weight contacts compatible equipment.
