Warranty Information for Refurbished Cardio Equipment

At IRON COMPANY, we are committed to delivering not just quality refurbished cardio equipment, but also exceptional after-sale support. Every refurbished cardio machine includes a 1-year full commercial parts and labor warranty and comes with the option to purchase extended protection plans for even greater peace of mind.

Standard 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty (Included)

Warranty Coverage:
Our Refurbished Machines carry a 1-Year comprehensive parts & labor warranty. This industry-leading warranty covers most components of the equipment, including all necessary labor. We will locate and assign a qualified fitness technician to conduct any repair work required. All parts replaced under warranty are OEM and typically brand new.

Exclusions:
This standard warranty does not cover:

• Wear parts (e.g., belts, grips, pedals, upholstery)
• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or malicious activity
• Acts of God or force majeure

Filing a Claim:
For any issues during the warranty period, simply contact our customer service team. We will handle your needs professionally and promptly.
Even after the warranty expires, we’re still here to help:

• We offer replacement parts at our lowest prices
• We will assist in locating a local technician for service or maintenance
• Optional extended protection plans are available for purchase

Refurbishment Process:
Before shipment, all machines undergo a 42-point inspection, are stripped down to the bare frame, and completely rebuilt to a “like new” condition. This includes powder-coating the frame, replacing worn parts with new ones, and conducting rigorous stress testing and final quality checks before packaging and shipment.

Optional 1-Year & 2-Year Safeware Full Commercial Protection Plans

To further protect your investment, we offer optional 1-Year and 2-Year Full Commercial Protection Plans from Safeware, a trusted third-party provider.

Coverage Start Date & Overlap:
These extended protection plans begin on Day 91 of ownership, meaning:

• The first 90 days are covered solely by our standard 1-year warranty
• From Day 91 onward, Safeware coverage overlaps with the remainder of the standard warranty

Why This Matters:
The Safeware plan adds significant additional protection during the remaining 9+ months of your included warranty. You benefit from enhanced coverage that includes:

✅ Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)
✅ Wear & Tear
✅ Power Surge Protection
✅ Battery Coverage
✅ High-Wear Items
✅ Zero Deductibles
✅ Professional On-Site Repairs
✅ Transferable Plans

Full Commercial Use Approved:
These plans are designed for commercial environments (8+ hours/day usage), making them ideal for gyms, rehab centers, schools, and government facilities.

Peace of Mind from Day 91:
Even during the period when your equipment is still covered by our standard 1-year warranty, Safeware provides extra layers of protection that cover what traditional warranties do not.

Protect your equipment, maximize uptime, and gain complete confidence—right from Day 91—with our industry-best warranty and optional extended protection plans.
