Body-Solid LMSE Landmine Olympic Bar Attachment with Single Eyelet Attachment - The Landmine Single Eyelet from Body-Solid is a strength training attachment which fits over the sleeve end of an Olympic bar to allow bent over row exercises to be performed using cable machine attachment handles. As part of Body-Solid's Landmine Attachment (LMA) series, the Landmine Single Eyelet is intended for use with an Olympic bar, Olympic weight plates, and a landmine at ground level on the opposite end. Working out with the Landmine Single Eyelet adds versatility and variety to the traditional landmine row exercise that is most often performed with a t-bar rowing handle or similar attachment. With the Landmine Single Eyelet, the exerciser can utilize any cable machine accessory handle for back training, such as a seated row handle, single D-handle, nylon cable handle, lat pulldown bar, shovel grip lat pull down bar, tricep rope, or other favorite attachment of choice. The Landmine Single Eyelet uses a snap link connection just like the ends of most cable machines, making transitions between different handles quick and easy and allowing universal compatibility with existing gym equipment accessories.
How do you use the Landmine Single Eyelet? Start by taking your Olympic barbell and inserting it into your landmine station or post landmine trainer. Or, position the end of the Olympic bar into a corner of your workout room or against the inside base of your power rack where the framing meets at a right angle. Next, slide the Landmine Single Eyelet over the opposite end of the Olympic bar and down the barbell sleeve until it rests against the bar sleeve collar. Finally, slide one or more Olympic plates over the same end of the Olympic Bar until they rest against the top of the Landmine Single Eyelet. The weight of the plates will keep the Eyelet from sliding on the bar sleeve during use. Attach your preferred rowing handle or other cable machine attachment to the snap link on the end of the extension chain. With a secure grip take hold of the attachment handle grips(s). Lift handle during execution of desired exercise. Weight plate(s) will then lift from starting position at ground level and act as resistance for leverage workout. To change range of motion, change snap link position along extension chain, or remove extension chain and connect handle to Landmine Single Eyelet using single snap link only.
