Body-Solid PMP150 Powerline Multi-Press Rack – The Powerline PMP150 by Body-Solid is a combination lifting rack and squat stand allowing the exerciser to perform barbell exercises and movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Significantly shorter than full cage power racks and half racks, the PMP150 is designed for smaller spaces such as garages, attics, covered porches, and other areas of the home where quality is desired but height or workout space is more limited. Built with 2-inch square steel tubing, the PMP150 can handle loads up to 600 pounds, so users can be assured of stability and durability under heavier lifts. Adjustable lift-offs and over-sized safeties means the PMP150 provides a comfortable fit at the right height for any exercise, and peace of mind that final reps can be executed safely when working out alone. The PMP150 rack by itself works great for squats, deadlifts, standing presses, curls, and bent over rows. Add an optional adjustable flat-incline-decline bench to your workout routine and take advantage of multiple pressing options for chest and shoulders.
