Ivanko CO-2.5KG Pressure Ring Collar with Spin Lock for Olympic Bars - The Ivanko CO-2.5KG is one of the most tight gripping Olympic bar collars you'll ever use. Each cast iron compression collar includes an internal "pressure ring" that firmly grips the circumference of the bar as you tighten the handle. The CO-2.5KG puts a tight squeeze all the way around the bar not just in pinpointed areas that can slide, break free or even disfigure the finish of your bar. To further enhance the users experience, the Ivanko CO-2.5KG also includes what is known as a "Spin Lock" device. Once your plates are loaded and the collar is locked into position the user can remove any additional spacing between the collar and plates by simply turning the knurled Spin Lock in the direction of the plate. When the spin lock is tight you'll know that your plates are tight and will not wobble and clang as you lift.
