BodyCraft F611 Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment - Get more out of your bench with the BodyCraft F611 Leg Extension / Curl Attachment. The attachment with 6 roller design transforms the F320 and F602 benches into a full home gym, offering workouts for the quads and hamstrings. The unique front mounted joint allows you to conduct a full range of motion. Resistance for the attachment is provided by weight plates (sold separately). The weight post accommodates up to 200 pounds and can fit both olympic and standard weight plates (Olympic adapter recommended - not included).
