Monark 828E VO2 Testing Ergometer Cycle Bike - HCI (MONARK-828E) – The Monark 828E Test Bike is the world’s most widely used VO2 testing bike for fitness tests and worktests. Tests include Worktest Manual, Worktest Incremental, Astrand, YMCA, WHO and PWC. The Monark 828E display monitor readouts include RPM, Heart Rate, Time, Speed, Distance Covered and Watts. Resistance is provided via a 44 lb. steel flywheel with pendulum putting out a workload range between 4-1400W.
What is VO2 max and why is it important? VO2 max is the measurement of the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense, or maximal exercise. It is measured as milliliters of oxygen used in one minute per kilogram of body weight (ml/kg/min). VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen the body can use, and it directly correlates to fitness capacity. This information is vital for athletes, military personnel, police and fire.

Monark Exercise products and parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the initial date of purchase of the unit. SHIPPING INCLUDED
Freight cost included within the lower 48 states only. Ships via one of our various freight carriers in a protective wooden crate. This delivery is considered to be a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Your shipment includes a 24-hour notification call and lift gate service.
