TKO Achieve Duals 8801 Lat Pulldown / Mid Row – The Achieve Duals 8801 Lat Pulldown and Seated Mid Row Machine from TKO Sports and Performance is a light commercial rated gym machine with selectorized weight stack and exercise combo functionality to provide the user and facility premium workout versatility and space efficiency. The TKO Achieve Dual Lat Pulldown / Mid-Row provides a combination of back exercises in a compact space that includes lat pulldown and seated mid row for development of the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and rhomboid muscle groups. A multi-position thigh pad and elongated seat allow this machine to accommodate a wide range of users. Lat pulldown bar and dual grip mid row handle attachments with non-slip grips are included for safe and effective back training. No cable changes are required, allowing the exerciser to move freely and easily from one cable station to the other during back workouts.
