The TKO Achieve Dual Ab / Lower Back provides a combination of exercises in a compact space that includes forward abdominal crunches and reverse back extensions for development of the core muscles of the midsection. A 4 position range of motion adjustment arm allows this machine to accommodate a wide range of users. Upper and lower foot pegs and a back support roller pad keep the exerciser firmly in position for comfort, safety, and muscle isolation in either direction. Easy change roller arm adjustment allows quick transition from ab crunch exercise to reverse back extension without exiting the machine during core training.
