A multi-position seat pad allows this machine to accommodate a wide range of users. Neutral grip and angled grip hand positions allow change of muscle focus during arm training. Pull pin adjustment on the cam arm not only changes pre-stretch for custom fit and comfort but allows easy transition from biceps to triceps without needing to exit the machine.
