The TKO Achieve Dual Pec Deck / Rear Delt provides a combination of exercises in a compact space that includes chest fly's and reverse fly's for development of the pectoral and rear deltoid muscle groups. A multi-position seat pad allows this machine to accommodate a wide range of users. Vertical and horizontal multi-grips allow change of hand, elbow, and rotator cuff position to provide best ergonomic movement and comfort during reps. Pull pin adjustment above the fly arms allow you to quickly and easily transition exercises by changing the direction of muscle focus and amount of pre-stretch for safe and effective chest training and shoulder workouts.
