Gray Cast Iron Hex Dumbbell Sets | CAP Barbell (SDG)

Gray Cast Iron Hex Dumbbell Sets | CAP Barbell (SDG) - Hex dumbbells, or hex weights, feature anti-roll hexagonal shaped cast iron heads with the weight of the dumbbell cast into either side. Light hex dumbbells from 3 to 12 lbs. are 100% cast iron, including the handles. Heavy hex dumbbells from 15 lbs. to 120 lbs. include a steel handle made from round bar stock and are knurled for better gripping. Each hex dumbbell is finished with a baked on gray enamel paint with white numbers for easy size identification. SDG hex dumbbells by CAP Barbell are an affordable dumbbell option for home gyms, garage gyms and fitness studios. Use your new hex dumbbell set for building muscle, increasing strength or just to shape or tone. Lighter hex weights, such as the 3 lb. size, are often used for rehabilitation training to increase the mobility of the shoulders. Incorporate a weight bench into your hex dumbbell exercises for maximum versatility.
