Old School Gray Cast Iron Standard Barbell Olympic Plates | CAP Barbell (OPG#2) - No frills, no grip handles, no urethane coating... just affordable cast iron weight lifting plates for garage and commercial gyms. The Standard Barbell brand of weight lifting plates are an "old school" favorite that a lot of us first started working out with in high school either in a friends garage or in the school weight room. Nothing fancy here but are guaranteed to build muscle and strength just as fast as the most high end plates out there. Use Standard Barbell weighted plates on curl bars, tricep bars, Cambered bars for squats and 7' long Olympic bars for everything else. Each plate is made from solid cast iron and includes a recessed rim to assist with loading and carrying plates. All plates feature a 2" center hole to accept Olympic weightlifting bars and are painted with baked-on gray enamel. Plate sizes include 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, 45 and 100 lbs. while economy plate packages consist of 255, 630 and 1,260 lb. sets.

• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the driver’s discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
