Body-Solid Pro Clubline STBR500 Commercial T-Bar Row Machine – The STBR500 T-Bar Row Machine from Body-Solid is a full commercial plate loaded strength machine which allows the user to perform the bent over row exercise and landmine row exercise to strengthen and develop the muscles of the back, shoulders, traps, and arms. As part of Body-Solid's full commercial Pro Clubline Series, the STBR500 is fabricated from heavy duty 11-gauge steel and designed with bolt-together construction for easy placement in any workout space. The ProClub Line STBR500 offers an innovative and superior design for back training over other manufacturer's t-bar row platforms. The unique box frame design eliminates the typical frame bar going through the middle of the platform area. This offers not only superior range of motion but also more workout freedom since it allows unobstructed foot placement anywhere on the oversized, diamond-plated platform.
The 42.5" wide, angled handle features 16 inches of grip knurling on each side, providing a sure grip whether performing wide grip rows or close grip back exercises, and ergonomic comfort on the wrists putting the arms in better position for proper muscular contraction. As a bonus the row machine handle features an eyelet at center which allows a carabiner attachment point for a single or double grip rowing handle, or any other cable machine attachment bar, increasing versatility and effectively duplicating the traditional barbell and landmine configuration.
With an 800-pound load rating, you can load up the front weight horn with as many Olympic plates or bumper plates as it can physically hold for heavy duty strength and size gains. And, full-size weight plates can easily be added or removed unimpeded because of the EZ-load clearance between the horn in resting position and the ground. This is great for progressive weight increases set-over-set or for drop sets. Not only is it quicker, but it is also safer on the back and saves your energy for when you need it – during the back exercise!
